Students with Dependents Assistance Form

If you are a UC San Diego student with dependents who is experiencing increased hardship surrounding financial security or in need of general resources, you are encouraged to complete this form. 

Once you submit the form, you will receive an email from a Student Affairs Case Manager to schedule an appointment to assess your needs and discuss personalized resources and support.

Please note that this reporting form is NOT  monitored 24/7. Please allow 24 - 48 business hours for a staff member to reach out to you. If this is an emergency or you need immediate assistance, please call UCPD at (858)534-4357 or 9-1-1.
